Plan Description

This 16-week plan is designed for anyone climbing the biggest mountains in the world with climbs like Everest, Manaslu and Cho Oyu in mind.

This plan assumes you can run (30 minutes) or walk (120 minutes) with moderate ease, have access to a gym for training, and have double-insulated boots from previous expeditions. Please also note that running, cycling, and trekking will be offered as alternatives for all weekend sessions.

Please select Monday as the start date of this plan to ensure the longer sessions are scheduled for the weekends. If this means you have a few days free at the end of the plan before you fly, make the most of the extra rest!
