Plan Description

This 12-week plan is designed for anyone between 6000-7000m with climbs like Island Peak, Mera Peak and Ojos del Salado.

This plan assumes you can run (30 minutes) or walk (120 minutes) with moderate ease and that you have access to a gym for training purposes. Please note that not all weekend sessions will include alternate offerings for running, cycling, and trekking.

Please make sure you select Monday as the start date of this plan to ensure the longer sessions are scheduled for the weekends. If this means you have a few days free at the end of the plan before you fly, make the most of the extra rest!

If you are heading to Aconcagua, Ama Dablam, or Denali, we recommend looking at our 7000m plans as they match the demands of these specific climbs better
