Plan Description
Dieser plan richtet sich an Ausdauersportler*innen, die neben dem Ausdauertraining Core-, Kraft- und Mobility-Einheiten in ihr Training integrieren möchten.
Der Plan ist in 2 Phasen unterteilt. In den ersten 4 Wochen geht es darum die Muskulatur und die passiven Strukturen (Sehnen, Bänder, Gelenke) des Körpers an die Belastung des Krafttrainings zu gewöhnen. Ab Woche 5 werden die Gewichte dann erhöht und die Wiederholungsanzahl reduziert und der Fokus richtet sich auf den Muskelaufbau.
Neben einer reinen Krafteinheit, sind jede Woche eine Einheit mit Fokus auf die Core-Stabilität und zwei Mobility-Einheiten geplant.
Jede Übung ist mit Videos hinterlegt, sodass eine korrekte Durchführung möglich ist.
