Nuestro Plan de Entrenamiento está diseñado para ayudarte a desarrollar la base muscular que todo atleta necesita. Este programa especializado combina ejercicios de movilidad, fortalecimiento y control postural para fortalecer tu zona media y optimizar tu rendimiento en actividades como running, ciclismo, natación, triatlón y más.

Este plan de entrenamiento de core y movilidad, tiene una duración total de 4 semanas, diseñadas para maximizar tus resultados de manera progresiva. Cada semana está estructurada con 3 sesiones de entrenamiento, con una duración de 45 minutos por sesión aproximadamente. Esto te permite alcanzar un total de 2 horas de entrenamiento por semana, lo cual es ideal para quienes buscan mejorar su fuerza, movilidad y estabilidad sin sobrecargar su rutina.
