Whether you're returning to the sport after a break, working through mental barriers, or looking to elevate your focus and resilience, this program will help you build the mental foundation needed to tackle your goals.
Through weekly mindset exercises and reflection prompts, you’ll develop key skills like visualization, positive self-talk, overcoming mental blocks, and building lasting mental habits.


Expect to receive weekly guidance directly through TrainingPeaks, with a focus on two key sessions each week: one to start the week strong and set intentions, and one to reflect and grow after your workouts.
The program is designed to complement your physical training, requiring no special equipment other than the willingness to engage mentally in your training process.


You will also have the option to reflect in TrainingPeaks and share your thoughts, which will help you track your growth and improve your mindset. With consistent effort, you'll develop the resilience to push through challenges, stay focused, and finish stronger than ever.
