by building a stronger foundation for all three disciplines and lowering the risk of injury.
You want to make sure you also include following aspects of training during this crucial time, which this plan doesn't include, but I do have a full Off Season Training Plan available including swim/bike/run/strength workouts and one on one coaching is always an option.
