This is a BRAND NEW strength plan made with the new workout builder. This means you have in app video's that show you a video and the key points for every exercise.


IS THIS PLAN RIGHT FOR YOU?

- You have little experience with strength training or it has been a long while since you have done some strength training.
- This is a plan you can easily do at home with some very basic equipment. No need to go to the gym!
- You are willing to build up to minimum 2 real strength sessions per week.
- There is third very short strength session and fourth stretch session in the plan but these are optional.
- You are in your preperation or base training phase when you start this plan.
- You are looking for a scientifically based schedule that will make you stronger and faster.
