Welcome to the Exponential Performance Coaching online training plan for the Coast to Coast.

This is a BEGINNER training plan aimed at those having their first attempt at the Coast to Coast or those who are getting back into their training after an extended break from regular training and competition.

This training plan builds off the training performed in the August training plan.
