Hello Adventure Racing Community!

The following program is designed for individuals who are able to run/walk/trek 1hr and bike 1.25hours comfortably. The goal is to complete a 30 - 50km Adventure Race in 6 - 8 hours. OR LESS!

This is a unique plan that includes everything you need to prepare your body AND mind for the endurance race of your dreams. All endurance sports require both physical and mental performance. THIS plan ensures you are prepared for both.
