Plan Description
This 8 week vol. 1 tri specific strength program is designed to complement your tri-training besides swimming, biking and running and not take away from it. Short video guided workouts that can be done at home or gym, with little to no equipment needed (mostly some resistance tubes and light weights).
The sessions will focus on sport specific strength and mobility, which is needed to limit the risk of injury, developing more efficient movements which will also lead to better performance and maintaining or improving muscle balance.
This plan includes 3 x a week Tri- specific strength workouts as well as some coaches educational video tips.
