Are you struggling with what core sessions to do or finding your current go to session boring or repetitive? then this plan is for you.
The plan is a 30 week core strength builder aimed to work along side your current training program to give some structure and progression to your core and strength workouts. The plan is made up of 2 session per week and each session is in a 6 session block so you can get use to the movements and master them before moving onto the next set of movements.
You don't need an specific equipment for the plan but some light weights and a yoga matt will be useful (you can always use a full water bottle if you don't have them though).
