Plan Description
Welcome to 14 weeks of Tai Chi... There are many benefits to Tai Chi. Incorperating it as a daily routine will not only relax your mind, but allow your body to energise and stretch since being on the bike is a very forward bent position. Cycling is Concentric meaning its 'shortening of the muscles.' only concentric movement can lead to your muscles becoming too short. not incorporating stretching or different movements of activity off the bike can result in injury or lack of flexibility on the bike.
Please follow along with the videos and use the once given video each week to begin a routine, but also learn the benefits and more of Tai Chi.
