The program is built into 3 training blocks, allowing you to use it alongside any cycling or triathlon program available in the TrainingPeaks Training Plan store, from any coach. The no-frills, yet innovative exercises and program will help you tap into power you already have, but just can't yet access. Built with the busy endurance athlete in mind, this 12 week program involves bodyweight and band exercises that you can easily do at home. You may also want to have a Whole Food or Trader Joe's reusable bag that you can add up to 20# of household goods (like rice, books, or flour) for one exercise in block's 2 and 3.
