Plan Description
This is a beginners guide to training up to a 70.3 or Middle Distance Triathlon!
Although no previous triathlon experience is required, it is recommended to have at least some experience in swimming, cycling, or running. This program will develop the capacity to complete a middle distance triathlon if you train diligently and follow the pathway laid out before you!
This program differs from the regular Beginner program as it uses Metric Data to provide training prescription. You will require Heart Rate, Pace, and Power Data to complete this program fully. If you are missing any 1 of these metrics, please email me to ensure the program can be altered to fit your needs.
You will be provided with Coach Support to answer questions throughout this program.
