Plan Description

Entrenamiento para mujeres embarazadas deportistas en las primeras fases del embarazo. Trabajo siempre por debajo del 80 % de la fc máxima en las actividades de resistencia, sin impacto y sin arriesgar caídas ni impactos con el entorno. Trabajo de natación en tres sesiones semanales de bajo impacto aeróbico. Trabajo de fuerza con BOSU, Fitball y TRX para poder hacerlo en casa con el objetivo de trabajar la fuerza resistencia, mantener un buen tono muscular y niveles altos de propiocepción.
