Training for half or full Iron distance race and looking for fresh swims? This plan includes 30 distance-focused swim sets, 2700 yards/meters to 4700 yards/meters suitable for intermediate to advanced athletes. These swims are designed to keep you engaged, challenge your pacing, and develop the endurance you need to go the distance. You'll need a pull buoy, paddles. Fins are optional.

Please note: swims are not built for device export and this plan does not include form-focused drill or technique work.
