Plan Description

This structured 12-week program includes two 1-hour sessions per week (~2600 m per session)
designed for triathletes training in a 25 m pool. Each session features a 400 m warm-up, a 200 m
cool-down, and focused main sets emphasizing endurance, pacing, and technique. No kick drills
are included; pull buoy and paddles are used regularly.

It is designed as 3 times 4 weeks repetitive block, according to the theory that repetition helps improve... you will also experience the progress you make.
