Train Smarter with a Simple, Beginner-Friendly Plan
This program is built with simplicity in mind—requiring little to no equipment while delivering a clear, no-fuss approach to training. Straightforward, effective, and easy to follow, it’s designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) for the swim and run workouts and Power for the bike workouts, the plan gradually builds your your swiming through distance based workouts. You’ll gain that extra endurance, strength, and confidence in swimming during the off-season that you are looking for-without feeling overwhelmed.

Who Is This Plan For?
This plan is ideal for a more seasonsed triathlete who already has an understanding of swim as well as biking and running training:
-Able to swim continiously for 1500-2000m
-Able to bike comfortably for 30-45 minutes
-Able to run cofortably for 30-45 minutes
