Each week includes 3-4 flexible swim sessions you can fit around your lifestyle:

Endurance swims to steadily build distance up to 1900m continuous

Comprehensive technique sessions covering all phases of the stroke—breathing, catch and pull, body rotation, recovery, timing, and rhythm
