"The Pull - Triathlon Swim Program"
This plan is aimed at athletes with the ability to swim 3-4x and 9-12km a week. The plan will work towards a race at the end of the 8th week of training. If you have more time or may struggle with this being too much head over to our Catch or Push swim program please were you will find shorter and longer sessions
The plan is set out on 3-4 days of the week but you will have the ability to move sessions around if needed.
