Plan Description

"The Catch - Triathlon Swim Program"

This plan is aimed at athletes with the ability to swim 2-3x a week and 6-9km per week. The plan will work towards a race at the end of the 8th week of training. If you have more time or consider yourself an advanced swimmer please head over to our Pull or Push swim program please were you will find longer and more sessions

The plan is set out on 3 days of the week but you will have the ability to move sessions hone needed.
