Are at a speed plateau or are frustrated with progress. Want results from a clear, jargon free, many-time-proven programme that delivers over your distance. Pool time is limited. Want to replicate training times into race times. After a higher top end speed AND faster average swim times over 1500
WHO’S IT FOR?
Athletes swimming 3+ times a week that can manage 2500+ per session. Longest boost swim 2950, but it's the pacing consistency and intensity that matters! CONTENT
Weeks start with sharp speed sessions, mid-week is about pacing and longer intervals, and the weekend focusses on putting it all together into speed/endurance combinations. Swim sets evolve automatically and progressively over 8 weeks to challenge your newfound speed and endurance. A week one swim test sets your Critical Swim Speed from which subsequent swim session's intensities are set and monitored by your Finis® Tempo Trainer Pro.
