Ready to tackle a 10k swim? Not sure where to start? I can help! This plan will take you through a gradual increase in yardage with some open water swim drills and dry land training to help you prep for race day. Everything you need for success is right here!

This is a very complex training program which includes all details for the swim and dry land training workouts. It is designed for the athlete that wants it all! If you want intensive prep for your 10k swim, then look no further. No stone is left unturned throughout the 15 weeks of training.

I also coach for a local triathlon club, a Masters swim team and have trained athletes for half marathon full marathon and ultramarathon events.
