Plan Description
This is a 6-week starter plan for the Swim Strong Solution. This program will help you practice your COMPLETE CATCH, develop your CRITICAL SWIM SPEED (CSS) and increase your stroke rate. There are three swims each week. One session is drill focused, the next session is CSS focused and the third swim is focused on stroke rate. At week three, the third swim becomes a combo session of COMPLETE CATCH, CSS and STROKE RATE. At week six, there is a CSS endurance session and a CSS benchmark.
Suggested equipment: buoy, tempo trainer.
