Willkommen zu diesem 4-wöchigen Programm.

Schwimmst du 1-2 Mal pro Woche unstrukturiert deine 2000 Meter herunter?

Hier ist dein Aufbauplan mit mehr Abwechslung.

Verlasse deine Komfortzone und verbessere dein Wassergefühl mit gezielten Technikübungen.

Für alle Schwimmer*innen geeignet.

Der Plan umfasst 2 Schwimmeinheiten pro Woche.

In der ersten Woche findet ein 1000-Meter-Testschwimmen statt. Trage das Ergebnis einfach in deinem Profil ein:

Gehe zu den Reitern:
Zones
Speed
Swim Speed
Wähle den Typ: Distance/Time
Wähle die Methode: Joe Friel for Swimming
Gib die Testdistanz ein: 1000m
Trage die Dauer deiner 1000 Meter-Zeit ein
Klicke auf Calculate
Vergiss nicht, auf Apply zu drücken
Schwimmen nach Pace.

Zusätzlich beinhaltet der Plan:

Welcome to this 4-week program.

Do you swim 1-2 times a week, doing your 2000 meters in an unstructured way?

Here’s your structured plan with more variety.

Step out of your comfort zone and improve your feel for the water with targeted technique exercises.

Suitable for all swimmers.

The plan includes 2 swim sessions per week.

In the first week, there is a 1000-meter test swim. Simply enter the result in your profile:

Go to the tabs:
Zones
Speed
Swim Speed
Choose the type: Distance/Time
Select the method: Joe Friel for Swimming
Enter the test distance: 1000m
Input the duration of your 1000-meter time
Click Calculate
Don’t forget to press Apply
Swimming based on pace.

The plan also includes:

Stabilization exercises
Recovery sessions
