Dieser 4 Wochen Plan inkludiert 1 Pool Einheit mit Technik Fokus und je 2 Freiwasser Einheiten, die auf Technik, Orientierung und Aufbau von Geschwindigkeit abzielen pro Woche. Außerdem beinhaltet der Plan 1 kurzes Krafttraining für den Oberkörper (kein Equipment notwendig) und eine Mobility Einheit für Hüfte und Rücken als aktive Erholungseinheit. Lagen Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
