What to expect
This 15 week programme will take you from a few strokes of front crawl to swimming your first mile.

You will learn all the skills you need to develop an easy front crawl stroke so that you have the technique to allow you to swim further for less effort.

Each session is based on practicing drills, short sections of good swimming and then building up the distance slowly towards your first mile.

Who's it for?
It is aimed at people who are confident in the water and can swim but want to learn front crawl. It's suitable for anyone who can struggle through a few strokes or a few lengths of front crawl but is exhausted and wants to feel better.

It will also be useful to anyone who has started learning Total Immersion swimming either from the book, videos or from face to face coaching at lessons or a workshop and wants to learn more.

It could also be used by more experienced swimmers as a way to make your stroke more efficient.

What's included?
The plan includes session outlines with step by step instructions for each practice. so you know exactly what to practice each week in the pool.

It has 3 sessions per week for 15 weeks.

It includes handouts, videos and information to help your learning.

Can I ask questions or get support?
You can ask questions via email (penny@youcancoaching.co.uk) and there is also the opportunity to book a "Lets Chat" video call with Coach Penny at the start of the programme and mid way through the programme. This is a chance to talk about your swimming and ask any questions.

What do you need?
The only equipment you need are your swimming things and you might find it useful to get a waterproof notebook and a pencil to help you make notes and remember your sessions.
