Plan Description

An 8 week plan geared towards swimmers with a good level of base swim fitness- you should be able to swim 2km without too much of an issue before beginning.
Session 1 is a CSS test which will then determine your paces throughout the rest of the sessions.
Please go to https://k3tri.com/pace-calculator/ to input calculations and get CSS pace.

During the programme you'll focus on body position, kicking, pulling strong and breathing before beginning to build the pace. You will learn over the weeks how it feels to dial in your pacing and learn to add speed gradually. You will build aerobic fitness and build on this as you progress through the weeks.
