Plan Description

This program is about building up volume and focus on technique in 3 swim sessions / week!

You should be able to swim 1500m in one session before you start this program.
In sports and especiallly technique: basics are key so this is what I focus on.

The program is a 2-1 cycle so you can easily repeat the program while adding some more volume and try to improve the fast sets compared to the first cycle.

What do you need for this program?
Goggles, Pullbuoy, Short Fins and a swimming suit :)
