This plan is tailored for recreational athletes, triathletes, or swimmers who want their technique to feel ‘natural’ while swimming and improve their overall speed in all distances.

- This plan focuses on developing the 6 CORE components of freestyle: breathing, body balance, rotation, recovery, hand entry, and catch.

- With a special swim analysis (that’s included in all our plans), you’ll learn the specific component you are struggling with and can immediately work on it to get faster

This plan is designed to improve the six core components of the FS stroke: Breathing, body balance, rotation, recovery phase, hand entry phase, and the catch + push which makes up the pull. If an athlete has neglected one of these components over the years (creating bad habits) this will work on rebuilding your muscle memory for the ideal freestyle technique.
