Plan Description

This 24-week Adventure training block is for the beginner to intermediate individual. The participant should have been exercising regularly for at least 4 weeks. The focus of the plan is to provide a sensible and systematic approach to strength and endurance training that is done regularly to achieve the initial goal of finishing an extensive hike or climb and/or setting the stage for more extensive endurance and adventure training (i.e., longer or more extreme) in the future.
