About the Plan

This plan is athletes who would like to do a mix of sports or 'cross-train'. Almost every workout provides options to choose your sport or mix sports.

This plan also is setup to give sundays as an off day (e.g. for church / family time)

If you are aiming to race a specific discipline soon then please consider one of our 'specific' build plans or the 3 month Made for you plan.

The plan requires about 6-9 hours per week with lots of options to extend ( there are many notes to walk/hike/ruck more especially). The workouts suggest a range that you choose based on your daily availability and your baseline fitness.



What Does It Include?

General Core/Yoga Sessions and Walking are included and encouraged in all Consummate Athlete Plans!

This plan has a few structured downloadable workouts (e.g. for Zwift/Garmin) but as it is encouraging multi-sport and has a lot of options there are many workouts that do *not* have a structured download.

*If you need/want structured downloads please consider 3 Month Made for You Plans

Workouts will use Heart Rate, Power and RPE (feeling) as appropriate. Any/all of the Structured downloads use power but are not required to complete the plan.
