Plan Description

Prevent injuries, boost your strength and increase your efficiency of movement with this premium strength and conditioning plan.

Created by Kriss Hendy from Strength for Endurance, this plan is designed to complement MyProCoach training plans by Phil Mosley. The aim of the program is to support your triathlon training by improving your stability, range of motion, strength and power.

It can also be used as a standalone strength and conditioning training program, or as part of a structured endurance training program for triathlon, running or cycling.

Kriss is a world-leading strength and conditioning coach, specializing in endurance athletes. He has worked with many leading professional athletes, including multiple IRONMAN winners Suzie Cheetham and Tim Van Berkel, as well as ultra-runner Damian Hall.

This advanced program is designed for those who are already experienced in strength training with free weights, looking to further improve their mobility, balance and strength for endurance performance.

It starts with barbell and free weight exercises (such as deadlift and squat) before progressing to more complex movements with speed, power and intensity. You will be guided through three strength sessions a week that will integrate effectively into your current training commitments.
