About This Strength Training Plan
This 3-month training plan provides 3 x 4 week blocks of classic AA (anatomical adaptation) and MS (max strength) routines. It could be completed as a strength focus only (adding some walking and fun on the days you don't strength train) or you could add cycling or other cardio training on top of this plan.
