Plan Description
This fitness training plan is suited for strong beginner to intermediate fitness levels that want to bike, run and strength training to build their fitness to the next level using a structured training plan. The plan is repeatable too. Email support is included.

This plan is perfect for beginner to low-intermediate bike & run fitness enthusiasts (or beginner duathletes) in their base-building phase of training. It's simple to follow as workout repeat each week, allowing you time to focus on the frequency and build without highly structured training. The plan is excellent for returning to training, after the post-recovery season is over, or during a super busy time in life where you need a simple plan to keep you going. It uses MaxHR instead of LTHR to avoid the necessity of having to do lactate threshold test or using a power meter.
Simple = week 1 repeats for each week. But why would you want a plan like that? Not every plan needs to be progressive. Sometimes you want to practice the same workouts repeatedly to get better at performing them.
The same workouts? You actually have a variety of workouts within the week, but they repeat on the same day for the following week. For example, every Monday, you have a 2x2 bike build, and so forth. So while each week repeats, you do have various different training sessions to do throughout the week.
There is a huge misconception that every plan has to progress. Sometimes you need a short block to focus on a few things. If that's what you are looking for, this plan may suit you.
