I have coached thousands of people juggling busy lives in running, cycling, triathlon, strength training, and weight loss. Some of these people have achieved huge goals, such as a half or full ironman, marathons, ultra and multi-day racing. My training plans are designed to help individuals achieve their goals efficiently and effectively, taking into consideration all that they do in everyday life. I make sure my plans are not congested with "junk workouts." Every training session has a purpose.


I've been coaching since 2000 and made it my full-time career. Due to having almost two decades of consistent involvement in coaching others, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Personally, I have been competing in a large variety of races since 2007 and have completed hundreds of events. Currently, I'm focused on the marathon and multi-day race scene for mountain biking.

Some of my other personal accomplishments are: completing the 2018 Singletrack 6 Mountain Bike Stage Race; Long Distance Triathlon World Championship Qualifier; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series; Triathlon Nova Scotia Sportsmanship Award; raised over $7000 for PRO Kids Lunenburg County which helps kids get involved in sports, recreation, and culture.

I'm also a canfitpro PRO TRAINER Rookie of the Year award recipient for 2018.
