I've been coaching since 2000 and I've made it my full-time career. I have coached thousands of people juggling busy lives. Some of these people have achieved huge goals, such as an ironman, marathon, ultra and multi-day racing. My training plans are designed to help individuals achieve their goals efficiently and effectively, taking into consideration all that they do in everyday life. I make sure my plans are not congested with "junk workouts." Every training session has a purpose.


I began working in the health and fitness industry in 2000, providing private and group coaching services. I work mainly with beginner to intermediate athletes who juggle full-time lives. I understand what it is to be busy and achieve big goals. At one point in my life, I was a single mom managing a full-time business while going to university full-time, travelling 120km each way to attend classes, maintained Academic honours, AND trained for a 70.3 triathlon, placing 2nd in my age group. ANYTHING is possible!

Some of my other personal accomplishments are: completing 2018 Singletrack 6, Long Distance Triathlon World Championship Qualifier, 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials, 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series, Triathlon Nova Scotia Sportsmanship Award, raised over $7000 for PRO Kids Lunenburg County which helps kids get involved in sports, recreation, and culture.
