As a coach with 20 years experience, there's no better feeling than helping someone achieve a goal. I have helped hundreds from beginner level starting a new chapter in their life to competitive athletes looking to break a personal record. My plans are easy to follow, structured, and sometimes include strength training videos from my YouTube channel. I'm on a mission to grow my TP library so be sure to check back on a regular basis. I've been coaching since 2000 and made it my full-time career. My expertise lies in coaching beginner to advance endurance athletes. I also walk the talk and have been racing in various endurance sports since 2007, recently completing the 2019 TransRockies Classic 7-day mountain bike stage race in British Columbia. Some of my other personal accomplishments are: qualified for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships; 2nd Female B Cat Nova Scotia Mountain Bike Provincials; 2nd Female Overall Nova Scotia Cyclocross Series; Triathlon Nova Scotia Sportsmanship Award; raised over $7000 for PRO Kids Lunenburg County which helps kids get involved in sports, recreation, and culture.

But I am more than a coach. I also am an educator and train trainers, new and experienced. I own my own education agency in Fort McMurray and teach canfitpro certification courses for personal training, group fitness, healthy eating and weight loss, and fitness assessments.
