A small, grassroots western Colorado high-desert ride
Wild Horse Gravel crosses private ranch roads through Book Cliffs canyon country, open rangeland, and high-desert mesas. The course starts at 5,250 feet and averages around 6,500 feet above sea level.
For the rider seeking a prepared finish, 7 to 11 hours a week builds endurance gradually and leaves time to practice carrying food and fluids. Longer rides prepare the rider for remote private ranch roads, minimal aid stations, and the steady work of riding through high-desert terrain.
INSIDE THE FINISHER PLAN — 7–11 HR/WK
Includes zone-tailored structured rides for your devices, built-in strength with video walkthroughs, heat-training protocols for racing in the hot stuff, peloton skills workouts, weekly coach notes + the Gravel Grit mental program, nutrition and hydration guidance, and an altitude module.

Hey! I'm Matti - also known as the Gravel God himself!
If you're into gravel racing and want to be as fast as possible, you had better choose me!
Why?
Because I'm the fastest, least talented person to ever ride a bike. I've made every mistake in the book so you don't have to and I'm here to save you years of failure and struggle.
When I'm not helping my athletes get faster on a bike I write obvious, overlooked training content that makes cycling training easy to understand.
