Looking for a way to raise your FTP at the same time and also help with the transition from steady state to a more dedicated and focused sub-threshold and VO2 training in the latter stages?

Designed with the experience gained from almost a decade spent as a professional cyclist, and now 12 years as a coach, this plan will increase and strengthen your base, pull up those FTP numbers, and then introduce in the latter stages a few sprinklings of dedicated hill work, lactic acid threshold work, and VO2 efforts to make the transition from endurance base building to the higher end HIIT intervals smoother and much more manageable than with the usual endurance training plans.
