Plan Description

Norwegen dominiert aktuell die Weltspitze in den Ausdauersportarten. Namen wie Jakob Ingebrigtsen (Leichtathletik), Gustav Iden oder Kristian Blummenfeld (beide Triathlon) sind weit über ihre Sportarten hinaus bekannt. Ein Faktor dieses Erfolges ist das umfangreiche Schwellentraining. Lange Zeit unter dem Radar der Öffentlichkeit, gab es nun ein spannendes Paper von Marius Bakken et al. (2023), in dem die Trainingsmethodik detailliert dargestellt wurde: hohe Umfänge und zweimal wöchentlich zwei Einheiten Schwellentraining pro Tag.

Dieser Trainingsplan greift die von Bakken vorgestellte Trainingsmethodik der norwegischen Top-Sportler auf und verpackt sie in ein herausforderndes aber gut umsetzbares Trainingskonzept.
