1. You need BOTH a power meter and a HRM
2. You'll need to TEMPORARILY ADD me as a coach on training peaks - don't worry, I'll send you the link and information once you've signed up for the plan
3. You will need to FOLLOW the program as close as possible for the two weeks it lasts.
4. You'll need to schedule a 30 minute call with me on Calendly
