Plan Description

Dit programma richt zich op de strandrenners, mannen en vrouwen, die zeker al 5 trainingsjaren hebben. Het kennen en kunnen trainen op hartslag zones en/of wattage zones is belangrijk.

Onderdeel van dit programma is ook core-stability en simpele fiets-specifieke kracht oefeningen.

De eerste 2 maanden zijn opbouw. De twee maanden er na zijn wedstrijd maanden met een geperiodiseerde opbouw en een wedstrijd in de 4e week. Die periode van 4 weken is los te volgen.
