With focus on MTB I also offer (winter) strength training.


Strength through independance. As an athlete I was focused on style and having fun while competing - as a coach I take my ambition to win also into the game and it becomes a mix of athlete focused, no-nonsense goal oriented training.
My role is to make the athlete win - and I use the concept of eco-coaching as the base of my training-pyramid.
Winning is our goal, so physically all the parameters will be put in place, using the latest evidence based methods. The fun-factor needs to remain, for which I use training methods from other sports. Both mental, coordination and physical exercises are used.
Cross training and winter strength training to be well prepared - my athletes suffer no injuries.
Personally; I started competing on a MTB in my thirties. I won a few and lost more, but the thrill has kept me going. I now focus on combining mental strength and experience as a personal trainer and PhysEd teacher with scientific knowledge.
A wide range of athletes has asked to work with me; Masters, weekend warriors as well as national champions and ambitious youngsters. You ask and I will deliver. Your goals are my challenge as much as yours.
Qualified P.E. teacher; national coaching certificate and NSCA personal trainer. French MTB guide, without certificate (injured during exam).
I work with youth groups and use the LADP system; have fun at club level training groups; volunteer and study, study, study so YOU can reach your goals.
