With focus on MTB I also offer (winter) strength training.


Mountainbike focus. As an athlete I was focused on style and having fun while competing; as a coach I take my ambition to win also into the game and it becomes a mix of athlete focused, no-nonsense goal oriented training.
My role is to make the athlete win - and I use multiple disciplines and dynamics, such as martial arts movements in base training and eco-coaching, to induce mental stress during fun, but strenuous sessions, so it can be transferred into race situations.
Winning is our goal, so physically all the parameters will be put in place, using the latest evidence based methods. The fun-factor needs to remain. Both mental, coordination and physical exercises are used.
Cross training and winter strength training to be well prepared - my athletes suffer no injuries.
Personally; I started competing on a MTB in my thirties. I won a few and lost more, but the thrill has kept me going. I now focus on combining mental strength and experience as a personal trainer and PhysEd teacher with scientific knowledge.
I have worked with a wide range of athletes; Masters, weekend warriors (age group athletes), as well as national champions and ambitious youngsters. What you are looking for; we strive to deliver. Your goals are my challenge as much as yours.
Qualified P.E. teacher; national coaching certificate and NSCA personal trainer. French MTB guide, without certificate (injured during exam).
