Plan Description
This 12-week plan is for serious cyclists ready to commit to 5 focused rides per week to achieve maximum FTP gains. By layering progressive intensity and volume, this plan builds both sustainable power and endurance.
What’s included:
5 structured rides per week (5.5–7.5+ hours total, with freedom to extend the long ride)
Sweet spot, threshold, and VO₂ sessions for maximal adaptation
Long endurance rides to develop durability
Built-in recovery weeks to consolidate gains
