Time trialing is a learned talent. It is a battle of the body over the mind. A constant debate of physiology and psychology.

In this training plan both your mental and physical beings will be challenged and will help your results to show your ability to push a high percentage of threshold for extended periods of time.

I have been participating in endurance sports for more than 2 decades now. Including running, cycling, duathlon and triathlon. I love to compete and love the training side of things nearly as much as I do racing. Freedom to me is outside enjoying nature and testing my abilities.
