YOU
Very serious about boosting bike power. Front of pack TT, Crit or Grand Fondo racer you may race for a team. FEMALE, under 45 years. You use an indoor trainer that measures power. You DON'T use power on your bike outdoors
CONTENT
Three fully-explained and jargon-free structured power workouts a week to build power and strength on the bike. The boost mixes early week female specific critical power workouts (very taxing max effort) with midweek cross threshold intervals to really challenge staying power. Weekends feature easy ride - hill intervals / easy ride - challenging flat intervals to build strength, climbing ability and easy power. Optional weekly sessions included
MALE / OPEN category single sport cyclists should download the equivalent MALE/OPEN CP boost whose critical power workouts reflect your physiology
Benchmark tests included, with full video or guide assistance. All specific workout calculators.
WHO'S IT FOR?
Very competitive, strong and injury free cyclists looking to push on. You probably cycle 4-5 times a week during the season and have good power. TIMING
Any time pre or during season, to prep for specific crits or TT's. Use coming into Spring as quality turbo / trainer and road speedwork or as a block any time in the season to complement your own / club longer easier rides
