Plan Description
I created this Improve Your VO2max plan for you based on science-based interval sessions that lead to a higher absolute VO2max.
The plan combines the results of studies investigating the effect of HIT training, in terms of optimal interval length, formats, and total work duration. The plan works great on the indoor trainer also. If you have less time to train, simply shorten the endurance rides on the weekend or during the week. But believe me, the structured workouts are no walk in the park. Therefore: Fuel properly with carbohydrates during the interval sessions and prepare them accordingly. In addition, you will find a small special in the last week.
