Plan Description

This plan is dedicated towards to the HHH athletes looking to get stronger and faster over the next 16 weeks. The plan is using the strong scientific literature of 80/20 Polarization training model.

This plan works in 4 week blocks of training
1) Zone 2 and Tempo Riding
2) Sweet Spot and Low Cadence Strength
3) Threshold Riding
4) Race Specific Vo2 Max Work!

We willl also do multiple FTP tests to show you improvement and keep you accountable!
