Dette er en træningsplan der tager udgangspunkt i en polariseret træningsdistribution. Polariseret træning har i den videnskabelige litteratur vist sig at være en meget effektiv måde at træne på. Træningsplanen har en indbygget progressiv overload, hvilket sikre en udvikling gennem de 8 uger, som giver dig bedre effekt af træningen.

- Jeg anbefaler at du laver en FTP test inden du tager hul på programmet, for at sikre at intensiteten er rigtig i programmet. Så kan du også kvantificere din udvikling, ved at lave en FTP test efter endt program.
