Plan Description
Training plan to combat the monotony of quarantine due to COVID-19 and maintain a level of performance, or not to lower sports performance.
Simply in his structure, the main propose is to deliver every single day a new training where we work all the capacities along the weeks (Lan, VO2máx, Sprint, Endurance)
With this, you have everyday a workout to do, and you can do it indoor or outdoor. And, if you can do more than the total time of the workout, you can add more minutes after complete all the objectives of that day.

Com uma estrutura simples, a principal proposta é oferecer todos os dias um novo treino, onde trabalhamos todas as capacidades ao longo das semanas (Lan, VO2máx, Sprint, Endurance)
Com isso, todos os dias tem um novo treino para executar, e pode fazê-lo em ambientes internos ou externos. Se você puder fazer mais do que o tempo total do treino, poderá adicionar mais minutos após concluir todos os objetivos daquele dia.
