Plan Description

This 2-week cycling block is for the individual who has already completed base and build preparation stages and is going to begin tapering for their endurance race/event. We will be cutting back the training time significantly over the two week period.

The focus of all our training blocks is to provide a sensible approach to cycling regularly in order to achieve the initial goal of finishing strong in a 100 mile ride and/or setting the stage for more extensive cycling (i.e., longer or faster races) in the future.
